Step1:  Unscrewtheknobnut(H)fromback 
plate(G)thengentlyremovemounting 
plate(B)



Step2:
Carefully pass wires from outlet box
through back plate (A)
Attach back plate (A) to outlet box with
mounting screws (D), anchors(A) and wood screws




