With assitance from your adult partners, attach Bottom Panel(E) to Left Leg
Frame(B) and Right Leg Frame(C) using Bolts(③) with Allen Key(⑩).
Do not fully tighten the Bolts

Attach Wheels(G) to Right Leg Frame(C) using Bolts(④), Spring Washers(⑤),
Washers(⑥), Washers(⑧), and Nuts(⑦) with Spanner(⑨) and Allen Key(⑩)
as shown in the diagram above.
Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
