User Manual

1. INPUT
Connect to your guitar using a ¼”
instrument cable.
2. VOLUME
Control the output volume and gain of your
amplier. Pull this knob to engage the gain
boost feature. This control can be operated
using a 2-way foot switch (PEDL-90016).
Note: when a foot switch is connected
to the amplier it will override the front
panel control meaning the gain boost can
only be turned on and off using the foot
switch.
EQ Settings: your Origin amplier has
3 equalisation controls (bass, middle and
treble) plus an amplier channel voice
control (tilt). All these controls allow you
to adjust the frequency response of your
amplier and the voicing to adjust how
it sounds. When adjusting to your sound
familiarise yourself with how each of
these controls affects your overall tone to
get the most from your amplier.
3. TILT
Your Origin amplier has a tilt control to
add more exibility to your EQ.
Tilt: the tilt control adjusts your EQ to add
more exibility to your amplier’s sound.
This control is independent of the main
EQ providing a highly effective lter that
can change the voice of your amplier
from a traditional normal Marshall tone
to a vintage high treble voice. Dialled all
the way to the left the sound is warm and
full providing a thick overall tone. When
dialled all the way to the right the overall
tone is brighter for players looking for
more cut through and bite.
