* If user fail to access, please verify 1,3,4 again.
* When speed is too slow and connection fails after access : MENU → EXTERNAL
DEVICE → TCP/IP SETUP → CONNECTION SETUP.
Increase value of Timeout to find the most suitable speed.
2. Dynamic IP
If you set ¡AUTOMATIC¡ for DHCP Type on TCP /IP setup menu, IP information is automatically
assigned from ISP¡s DHCP.
1) Verify if IP address is OK or not with PC before connecting DVR.
2) Connect LAN cable to DVR after confirmation.
3) Turn off and on Modem ( Router ) which is provided by ISP company.
-> This is to reset client of MAC from ISP company.
User have to wait for 30 seconds after turning on.
4) Turn off and on DVR.
5) DVR: MENU→EXTERNAL DEVICE→TCP/IP.
6) Verify if MAC ADDRESS starts from 00-0A-A2¡
7) Set DHCP to AUTOMATIC and detect IP to get Dynamic IP.
8) Go out of MENU SETUP after getting IP successfully.
9) Access DVR with Remote Viewer Software.
