Serious in juries can occur.
E N G L I S H E S P A Ñ O L CAUTION DANGER NEVER pull water supply hose to move pressure washer. This could damage hose and/or pump inlet. DO NOT use hot water, use cold water only. NEVER turn water supply off while pressure washer engine is running or damage to pump will result. DO NOT stop spraying water for more than two minutes at a time. Pump operates in bypass mode when spray gun trigger is not pressed.

PREAPARING PRESSURE WASHER FOR USE To prepare your pressure washer for operation, you will need to perform these tasks: • Attach accessory tray to handle, then attach handle to main unit. • Add oil to engine crankcase. • Add fuel to fuel tank. • Connect high pressure hose to spray gun and pump.
4- STARTING THE ENGINE-PUESTA EN MARCHA DEL MOTOR- Filter Screen SLOW A OPEN CLOSE FAST ON OFF 3-3G B 3-3H 4-1A 8. Place the nozzle holder onto the panel (located on the handle assembly) and push each nozzle holder into place (Fig. 3-3D). 9. Before you connect your garden hose to the water inlet, inspect the inlet screen (Fig. 3-3E). Clean the screen if it contains debris, replace it if it is damaged. DO NOT RUN THE PRESSURE WASHER IF THE SCREEN IS DAMAGED. NEVER SIPHON INLETWATER. 10.
Low oil Shutdown System 5.- PRE-OPERATION-PRE-OPERATION The Low oil Shutdown system is designed to prevent engine damage caused by an insufficient amount of oil in the rankcase. Before the oil level in the crankcase can fall below a safe limit, the Low oil Shutdown system will automatically shut down the engine (the engine switch will remain in the ON position). If the Low oil Shutdown system shuts down the engine, add engine oil. E N G L I S H 5-1.
WARNING 5-2.Fuel E N G L I S H Unscrew the fuel cap (A). Check the fuel level. (Fig. 5-2A) Your engine is designed to use any gasoline that has a pump octane number (R+M/2 ) of 86 or higher, or that has a research octane number of 91 or higher. Gasoline pumps at service station normally display the pump A octane number. We recommend that you use unleaded fuel because it produces fewer engine and spark plug deposits and extends the life of exhaust system components.
5-3.Air Cleaner Remove the wing nut, washer and air cleaner cover. Check the element for dirt or obstruction. Clean the element if necessary. AIR CLEANER COVER 5-4.Air cleaner service A dirty air cleaner will restrict air flow to the carburetor. To prevent carburetor malfunction, service the air cleaner reguE larly. Service more frequently when operating the pump in N extremely dusty areas. G Never use gasoline or low flash point solvents for cleaning the air cleaner element.
6-4.Maintenance Schedule Periodic maintenance and adjustment is necessary to keep the generator in good operating condition. Perform the E service and inspection at the intervals shown in the Maintenance schedule below. N Exhaust gas contains poisonous carbon monoxide. Shut off the engine before performing any maintenance. If G the engine must be run, make sure the area is well ventilated. NOTE: Use only genuine Talon parts or their equivalent for poor quality parts may damage the generator. 6-4.
6-7.PRESSURE WASHER OPERATING FEATURES PRESSURE ADJUSTMENTS The pressure setting is preset at the factory to achieve optimum pressure and cleaning. If you need to lower the pressure, it can be accomplished by these methods. 1. Back away from the surface to be cleaned. The further away you are, the less the pressure will be on the surface to be cleaned. 2. Change to the 40° nozzle - (white) this nozzle delivers a less powerful stream of water and a wider spray pattern.
C ON A OFF B 6-9A 6-9B 6-9.Spark plug service E N G L I S H 6-9D 6-9C To ensure proper engine operation, the spark plug must be properly gapped and free of deposits. 1. Remove the spark plug If the engine has been running, the muffler will be very hot. Be careful not to touch the muffler (A). (Fig. 6-9A) 2. Visually inspect the spark plug. Discard it if the insulator is cracked or chipped. Clean the spark plug with a wire brush if it is to be reused. 3. Measure the plug gap with a feeler gauge.
8.- HOW TO APPLY CHEMICALS AND CLEANING SOLVENTS CÓMO EMPLEAR PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS Y SOLVENTES PARA LIMPIEZA Filter Screen Applying chemicals or cleaning solvents is a low pressure operation. NOTE: Use only soaps and chemicals designed for pressure washer use. Do barbed fitting not use bleach. 7-3A 8-1. To Apply chemicals: 7-4A 7-3. NOZZLE CLEANING E N G L I S H If the nozzle becomes clogged with foreign materials, such as dirt, excessive pressure may develop.
9.- TROUBLESHOOTING THE PRESSURE WASHER RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS DEL LAVADOR A PRESIÓN PROBLEM Pump has following problems: failure to produce pressure, erratic pressure, chattering, loss of pressure, low water volume. PROBABLE CAUSE 1. Low pressure nozzle installed. 2. Water inlet is blocked. 3. Inadequate water supply. 4. Inlet hose is kinked or leaking. 5. Clogged inlet hose. 6. Water supply is over 100ûF 7. High pressure hose is blocked or leaks. 8. Gun leaks. 9. Nozzle is obstructed. 10.
