Statu s Under General Opera tion: At the begin ning s tage of operation, the charger provides the largest current with 40.8V dc of output voltag e (for 36V batterie s) to charg e batt eries. The LED indicator will lighten in red. After a period of time (probably a coup le of hours, based on the capac ity of batte ries), the cha rging curren t will d ecrease gradually. After reaching 0.3A±0.1A of its maximum value, the charger will go into "floating-charge" stage. The LED ind icator will turn to green.
