SWITCHING ON MODE
You can establish your preferred Operating Mode of the TV after switching it on with this
setting.
1. Press the MENU Button to reach the Main Menu.
2. Select the INSTALLATION Menu Point with the P+/P- Buttons and press the MENU But-
ton again.
3. Move the Selection Bar to the SWITCH ON WITH Menu Point with the P+/P- Buttons.
Now, you will be able to choose between the PC/CH 1/LAST CH/AV/INSTALLATION
modes of operation by means of the VOL+/VOL- Button, or by pressing the MENU But-
ton (Menu).
PC: Switch on in PC Operating Mode
CHANNEL 1: Switch on with channel slot 1
LAST CHANNEL: Switch on with the channel most recently viewed.
AV: Switch on with AV setting most recently used.
INSTALLATION: Switch on as at the status of the initial installation – see chapter „6.
APSAS First Time Installation“on page 10.
SETTINGS FOR ALL CHANNELS
1. Press the MENU Button to reach the Main Menu.
2. Select the INSTALLATION Menu Point with the P+/P- Buttons and press the MENU But-
ton again.
3. Select the SETTING ALL CHANNELS Menu Point with the P+/P- Buttons and press the
MENU Button again.
4. Sharpness Setting:
This function sets the sharpness setting for all channels. You can choose between set-
tings 0-3 through a Menu by pressing the MENU Button. There is a more detailed de-
scription of this function in chapter „Additional picture settings“ on page 15.
5. Noise Reduction Setting:
This function sets the noise reduction setting for all channels. You can choose between
the AUTOMATIC/ OFF/ WEAK/ MEDIUM/ LOUD settings through a Menu by pressing the
MENU Button.
You will find a more detailed description of the settings in chapter „Additional picture
settings“ on page 15.
6. Decoder Setting:
This function sets the decoder function for all channels. You can choose between the
OFF/ EXTERNAL/ INTERNAL SOUND/ EXTERNAL SOUND/ INTERNAL SOUND settings
through a Menu by pressing the MENU Button.
