The coin tubes are now accessible and can be removed.
There are eight different size of tube available. A list of the coin sizes
that will fit into each tube is shown at the end of this section. The
tubes can be identified by a number on each one in the range 0 - 7.
The larger the tube the lower the number i.e. 0 is the largest, 7 is the
smallest. If you are removing or replacing more than one coin tube
make a note of the positions they are in. This ensures the correct
tube number is refitted in the correct position when re-assembling.
1 Lift the coin tube upwards, it will slide out. Take care not
to touch the low level sensor mirrors that you can now
see on the cassette, fingerprints will impair
performance.
To replace the tube, simply slide back into position. There are
locating points on the cassette for each tube.
NOTE: Although the cassette holds three tubes there are some
limitations on the possible combinations. At the end of this section
there is a table showing the possible options.
