DESIGNATOR AND COIN THICKNESS
ADDING A NEW COIN
If you have added a new coin to the coinset you must establish and
reset the following addresses using the MEI

Route Alpha 250
terminal;
Tube Low Counts - addresses 271-273
Minimum Safe Counts - addresses 281-283
Tube Full Counts - addresses 261 -263
SETTING THE TUBE LOW COUNTS
1 Set the tube low count number to 3 (address 271 - 273
depending on the tube).
2 Set the minimum safe count number to 1 (address 281 -
283 depending on the tube).
3 Fill the tube with coins up to at least 25% of the total tube
capacity.
4 Press the mode key then A key followed by the B key on
the keypad. (This will set the coin count to its preset coin
level).
5 Press the appropriate dispense button and hold for
approx 3 seconds to ‘latch’ the dispenser.
6 After the dispenser has stopped returning coins count
the coins that are left in the tube.
