8.4 Weekly cleaning
쎲 The instant beverage tanks , must be
emptied at least 1x per week and cleaned
with a dry dust brush. Remove any parts
stuck to the tanks.
8.5 Monthly cleaning
쎲 Pull out the small drawer behind the air slit
of the funnel and clean.
쎲 Empty the instant beverage tanks , at
least 1x per month. Clean with hot water
and a detergent suitable for milk products.
You can also use the combined cleaning
tablets, Order No. 2900018. Dissolve 2
tablets / 1 litre water.
Rinse with clean water.
The feed screw can be dismounted if requi-
red. Loosen screw on the drive side and pull
out the feed screw.
쎲 Important! All parts must be dried thoroug-
hly before reassembling.
9. Switching machine off
쎲 The machine should be switched off over
night.
Before switching off, a cleaning process
must be carried out (see 8. „Cleaning and
Care“, page 11).
