쎲 Open door with lock .
쎲 Switch machine off using power switch ,
so that the switch is no longer lit.
쎲 If the machine is to be left off for a longer pe-
riod, e.g. over night or at weekends, the
water and electrical connections must be
turned off at the mains.
10. Manager level, Settings
쎲 While the machine is switched on, turn key-
operated switch to „1 = Manager“ positi-
on.
쎲 Close door . The display shows the
following message:
The product keys , can also be used as
function keys (1 – 9) for all necessary settings.
Which key is used for which function setting is
shown on the right and left, or top and bottom
edge of the display.
쎲 „>>“ next to a menu item indicates that
there is at least one sub-menu.
This sub-menu can be entered by pressing
the „Enter“ key (8). You can return to the
main menu by pressing the „Esc“ key (4).

10.3, page 20.
Use the arrow keys „ (2) (3)“ to move
the cursor (black bar) up or down to the de-
sired menu item.
쎲 Use the arrow keys „ (1) (5)“ to move
a longer line of text to the left and right.
