3. Install the loose end of the steering link onto the steering cable and
secure with a washer and locknut. Tighten the locknut securely and then
back the nut off 1/4 turn.

4. Tighten the link rod screw to the specified torque.
5. Secure the link rod screw so it does not loosen and tighten the locknut to
the specified torque.

Battery Cable Connections
IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to the engine charging system when the
battery cables are not connected to a battery, ensure the battery cable ends
are thoroughly insulated.
