INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1.Carefully remove the fixture out of the carton, and check that all parts are included referring to the
above illustration. Make sure not to misplace any parts that are needed for the installation;
2.Install the wheel (1) into the swivel (2), onto the nipple (3) onto the tube (4).
3.Install the thumb screw (5) into the steel quoit (6), onto the glass shade (7) .
4.Install the bulb (NOT PROVIDED) into socket (8).
5.Assemble the steel (9) onto the cap (10), onto the nipple (11) onto the coupling (12).
6. Fixture is ready for lamping and installation.
