Steam Cooking - Universal / Defrost

^ Fill the water container and place it into the appliance.

^ Place the food in the appliance.

^ Turn the appliance on.

^ Select the desired mode.

^ Confirm the default temperature with "OK". Or a different

temperature can be entered at this time if desired.

^ Enter the cooking duration and confirm with "OK".

The appliance will start automatically after the duration has

been confirmed.

When cooking with steam only:

At the end of the cooking duration the keep warm function will

start.
