Assembly sequence of case
! Collect a product in the lying position
by front edges from top to bottom.
1. In openings of Ø15 mm on the
faces of the following details: 4, 5, 8, 9, 13,
14, 15, 16 – insert eccentrics (V-01)
according to pic. 1.
! Dowels (A-01) are inserted only
after PVA glue has poured in openings.
! Free part of the inserted dowel
(A-01) shouldn't act concerning a detail
end face more than on 12 mm.
2. In openings of Ø8 mm in the end
faces of the following details: 4, 5, 8, 9, 13,
14, 15, 16 – insert dowels (A-01) according
to the picture 1
3. In openings of Ø5mm on the faces
of the following details: 6, 10, 13, 14, 15,
18 – twist screws of eccentrics (S-01)
according to the picture 2.
4. On partitions (16) and sidewalls
(13) fix ball guides (R-02/2) according to a
headdress of Ø3mm by means of screws of
Ø3x16mm (E-01) (picture 3).
! Twist screws in the openings
extended horizontally "", for a
possibility of further adjustment of a box
in the direction forward/back.
5. Fix partition (16) to a horizontal
board (15) by confirmees of Ø7x50mm (O-
02) by means of a key of confirmee (B-01),
according to the picture 5.
6. Connect a sidewall (13) to a
horizontal board (15), between themselves,
having clamped eccentrics (V-01) (picture
5).
