EMORY
The magicolor 7300 has two DIMM (Dual In-Line
Memory) sockets with a 128 MB DIMM occupying one of
the two slots.
Standard RAM: 128 MB
The magicolor 7300 is upgradable to 512 MB and accepts
128 MB or 256 MB DIMMs. These are industry-standard
168-pin, PC133 compliant, unbuffered DIMMs with no
ECC.
Maximum RAM: 512 MB
The magicolor 7300 uses Flash memory to store system soft-
ware. Resident on the controller board, this memory can be
updated by downloading new code from a host computer
without removing the controller from the printer.
The magicolor 7300 can be equipped with an internal IDE
hard disk (30 GB) to support additional memory func-
tions. The chart that follows details these functions.
