: moves left in the menu structure and through the
scrollable menu choice selections when selections are

Cancel: cancels the current print job if a job is currently
printing and the user is not within the menu system.
Continue: if a media mismatch occurs, a user can select
the Continue button, allowing the printer to continue
printing on media available in the default tray. The
Continue key also puts the printer back to a ready state
after making any changes.
Energy Saver: allows users to “wake up” the printer
from deep sleep mode or to put the printer into Deep
Sleep mode. Note: During Deep Sleep, all LEDs and the
keypad are disabled. The printer will wake up if a job is
received or the Energy Saver key is pressed.
The five LEDs provide visual indication of the following:
•Ready: lights green to indicate the presence of an LCD
message generally about a ready or online condition.
•Toner: blinks green to indicate toner needs attention.
•Data: blinks green to indicate the receipt of data.
Error: lights amber to indicate an error condition exists.
Energy Saver: lights to indicate the printer’s in Deep Sleep.
The magicolor 7300’s control panel features a built-in auditory
notification system set to beep when an offline condition
occurs and upon selection of any menu key. Enabled by
default, the Error Beep and Key Click Beep functions can be
disabled or enabled independently of each other.
