A fuser unit applies pressure and heat to adhere the toner to
the media before it exits the printer.
Two other supplies easily replaceable by the the user are the
pick-up rollers for the Universal cassette and the Standard
and Lower Feeder cassettes. These rollers ‘grab’ media from
the cassettes, placing it into the paper path.

The yield of magicolor 7300 consumables is expressed as a
number of letter/A4 pages at 5% coverage. Actual con-
sumable life depends on variables such as page coverage,
page size, media type, continuous or intermittent printing,
duplexing, number of color planes, ambient temperature,
and humidity.
*Based on 5% letter/A4-size, single-sided page coverage
Optimal consumables life is achieved with continuous printing (four pages or
more per job). Intermittent printing (three pages per job) will reduce consum-
able life as stated.
