The magicolor 7300 offers four ways to view consumable
supply levels:
Printer drivers
Status Monitor utility
PageScope Light management utility
Printer control panel Statistics Page
Gas gauge reporting of all consumable status is viewable
through MINOLTA-QMS’ printer driver for Windows
when connected by Ethernet using the TCP/IP protocol.
It’s a convenient method to check supply levels immedi-
ately before sending a job.
The Status Monitor utility is a printer status utility that
communicates over TCP/IP from a PC. It offers easy-to-
read gas-gauge displays for conveying consumable levels.
Users simply select the Consumable tab to verify remaining
levels before they click print. The utility even has a quick
link to order more supplies online if inventory is low.
Another method for viewing supplies information is
through PageScope Light, a printer-resident management
and monitoring utility. It is accessed by typing the
magicolor 7300’s IP address or printer Hostname into the
