Consumables. Users can also elect to print a Statistics Page
from PageScope Light (located at Print >> Test Print >>
Statistics Page) which details supply levels, as well as
page count information (such as the total number of color
and monochrome pages printed, sheets printed by paper
size, and normalized page counts).
The last method of obtaining supplies data is through the
printer’s control panel. By accessing the menu system, you
can have the printer produce the Statistics Page, which lists
remaining consumable levels in colorful, gas-gauge bars
and as a percentage remaining.
For more information on the Statistics Page, see
“Pagescope Light” in the “Printer Management” section.

With the aid of special hardware and software, the
magicolor 7300 calculates and records supplies usage.
Supplies usage data is useful when performing resource
allocation and cross-departmental billing. For example, by
periodically analyzing the number of sheets printed,
administrators can determine if just one magicolor 7300 is

non-volatile RAM and includes a cumulative history of
usage since the printer’s manufacture date.
Total usage for each job printed: This data is stored in
an accounting file on the magicolor 7300’s hard disk (an
optional feature) and details supplies usage, such as

consumables tracking, the accounting file records many
