puter system with a Web browser can use PageScope.

ever in a remote location beyond the company firewall,

he or she can use e-mail to retrieve specific printer

status reports from the PageScope host.

•Custom Settings: Each registered user can configure

PageScope settings to his or her needs without affecting

the settings of others. Registered users can customize the

list of visible printers through groups, making manage-

ment of large numbers of network printers easier.

•Easy-to-use Interface: PageScope’s graphical user inter-

face makes it easy for anyone to access all the features

immediately. When viewing or setting the configura-

tions of printers, a graphic representation of the printer

appears in the window along with universal icons for

printer systems. PageScope also includes complete help
