Have you set the
motor type?
Is the load too heavy?
Does an electronic thermal
relay fault occur?
Does an external thermal
relay fault occur?
Set the motor (Pr. 71).
Perform offline auto tuning
(Pr. 71, Pr. 80, Pr. 81, Pr. 83,
Pr. 84, Pr. 96) or enter the motor
constants (Pr. 90 to Pr. 94).
Lighten the load or increase
the inverter and motor
capacities.
The possible cause is a
motor fault.
Check the balance in V/F
control without a motor.
The motor generates
heat abnormally.
Are the inverter output
voltages (U, V, W) balanced?
Lighten the load.
Check the setting of the external thermal
relay.
Input the rated current value at 50Hz.
Check the motor setting of Pr. 71.
Lighten the load.
Please contact your sales
representative.
Is the fan for dedicated
motor running?
Is the dedicated motor
(SF-V5RU, SF-VR), standard
motor (with encoder) (SF-JR) or
constant-torque motor (with
encoder) (SF-HRCA) used?
Is the dedicated motor
(SF-V5RU, SF-VR) used?
Check the wiring of the
power supply for dedicated
motor fan.
Also check for dust
accumulated in the wind
tunnel section of the fan.
