6.4.7 Speed command does not match motor speed

The speed command does
not match the motor speed.
Have you set the
motor type?
Does the speed command
from the command device
match the motor speed?
Does the speed command
match the inverter's speed
command?
Does the speed remain
unchanged if it is
increased?
Set the motor (Pr. 71).
1) Check that the command device
is not faulty.
2) The command is compounded with
noise (check the shielding and wiring.)
Does the inverter's speed
command match the motor
speed?
Set the speed command
bias and gain
(Pr. 902, Pr. 903).
1) Torque is insufficient.
Increase the torque limit
value as the torque limit
value is exceeded.
2) Check that the speed control
proportional gain (Pr. 820)
is not 0.
3) Increase the motor and
inverter capacities as they
are insufficient.

Make the encoder setting
correctly.
The number of encoder
pulses (Pr. 851) is wrong.
Set the number of encoder
