4.8 Advance Settings
The system administrator can setup the audio and tone related parameter as
following topics:
z Audio
z Gain & Frequency
4.8.1 Audio
It is used to setup audio-related parameters.
Codec: The system administrator can choose the codec G.711u, G.711a,
G.723 and G.729 for audio signal process, and setup the codec priority.
Jitter Buffer Type: Select “Adaptive” or “Non-Adaptive”.
Jitter Buffer Depth: The range is from 0ms ~ 200ms.
VAD/CNG: Enable or Disable VAD/CNG. The VAD/CNG performs voice
activity detection and comfort noise generation. It is used reduced bandwidth
channels during non-voiced portions of a conversation.
Echo Cancel Time: Setup the echo cancel time.
DTMF: There are two methods for transmitting DTMF tone. Select
RFC2833 Method, the DTMF tone will be transmitted by event packet. Select
In-Band Method, the DTMF tone will be represent in SIP INFO Message.
RFC2833 Payload: The default payload is 101.
Packet Time: Setup packet time.
FXO Dial Delay:When the user seizes a PSTN/FXO line, the Stable
Time delay is needed. Its range is from 100 to 5000 ms.
FXO Flash Timer: The on-off duration for sending the FLASH signal. Its
range is from 100 to 1500 ms
RTP Loss Detection Timer: The range is from 30 ~ 300sec.
ITSP support RFC_2833_Flash: Check or uncheck this function.
FXO Echo Cancel: Enable or disable FXO echo cancel function.
