2.3. IP Commander Overview
When you launch the IP Commander app on your iPad, you will see the following screen:
Phone: this is the default panel
Line/Call Display: this is where incoming and outgoing calls are displayed
Phone Status: this is where notifications for settings, messages, and operations
are displayed
Dial Pad: these are the phone keypad
Function Keys: these are the most commonly used features such as hold, last
call return, voicemail, mute and the headset and speakerphone toggles
Programmable keys: these can be used for making speed dials, setting phone
features like do not disturb (DND) or monitoring other extensions in the office
(BLF)
Sub Commands: when in a call, or during certain operations, a second set of
menus will appear in the Call Display area (see below)
