2.3.1. Settings
In the Settings panel, you can configure the phone, VoIP account, and network settings. If
you have a VoIP account, you can configure the Communicator to register and use that
account. If you do not have a VoIP account, ask your administrator or ISP/ITSP service
provider to send you the account information for you to enter, or configure the SIP account
for you remotely.
2.3.2. Audio System Control
When you get into this control page, you will find there are two configurable functions:
 Commander Enable Control
 Audio System Control
By default, the speakerphone, handset and headset of the Communicator work with iPad
apps like Skype, FaceTime, Hookflash and others without any configuration. To use the
built-in VoIP feature of the Communicator, enable the Commander app in the Audio
System Control Panel of the Commander app
When the Commander app is enabled, the Communicator’s VoIP phone will share the
audio system with iPad Apps. To determine whether the VoIP phone or the iPad app has
priority for audio control, a privilege setting can be configured for each.
