4.8. Transferring a Call
A call can be transferred in two ways:
Blind Transfer: The call is automatically transferred after you dial the number of the party
to whom you want to transfer the call.
Attended transfer: The party to whom you want to transfer the call answers their phone
before you transfer the call. You can consult with them before completing the transfer.
Blind Transfer:
To do a blind transfer:
 During an active call, press “New Call” soft-key from IP Commander to call
another party.
 When you hear the ring-back tone, press the Transfer ( ) key from IP
Commander to transfer the call.
Attended Transfer:
To do Attended transfer:
 During an active call, press “New Call” soft-key from IP Commander to call
another party.
 Wait for the other party to answer the call.
 Press the Transfer ( ) key from IP Commander to transfer the call.
4.9. Forwarding a Call
You can configure the IP3092/IP3092L Communicator to forward the incoming call to
another party.
There are four types of static forwarding:
 Unconditional
 Busy Forward
 No Answer Forward
 DND Forward
