6. Using Advanced Call Feature
The Communicator advanced calling features are designed to work with the IP
Commander app only. To use them, make sure that the IP Commander mode is properly
configured in the app (see below)
6.1. Call Waiting
The call waiting feature notifies the user on an active call of a new incoming call. You can
disable the call waiting feature, so that the new incoming call is automatically rejected by
the phone with a busy message.
If you disable call waiting on the phone, and the user is on a call, any further incoming
calls receive busy unless “Call Forward Busy” is configured on the phone, where it then
forwards the call according to the configured destination.
