POLICY/WARRANTY
At Monarch Specialties, we stand behind our products and we will make every effort to resolve
any issues.
Replacement parts:
1. We offer a 1year limited warranty on any manufacturer’s defect.
2. Our warranty does not cover:
 Accidental damage
 Abuse, misuse or incorrect use of the product
3. You can order your replacement part 1 of 4 ways:

4. If a part is deemed to be defective & replaceable, we will replace that part
free of charge.
5. Replacement parts are shipped via UPS ground/standard service. Please
allow 5-7 business days to receive your part. However, certain factors
such as transit time& location may affect this delay. We appreciate your
patience and apologize for this inconvenience.
Exchanges/Returns:
1. All claims must be made within 30 days from the date the product was received by your
customer.
2. For large or assembled items we require pictures of the issue and a copy of the proof of
purchase.
3. Damages caused by your transport company - Claims must be made directly with them.
Monarch is not responsible for transport damages.
