4. In the case of a minor problem such as scratches, dents, flaws in the finish, we may
decide to offer a discount to “keep as is” or to repair the imperfection.
5. No claims will be accepted for floor samples
6. No return or chargeback will be accepted without prior approval from our service
department (authorization number).
7. All returns must be in their original condition (unassembled) and in the original box.
8. Please note: Monarch reserves the right to inspect all returns upon arrival to our facilities.
If after inspection the return is deemed invalid, we will return the merchandise to you at
your expense and a credit will not be issued.
