ZX36CTACSS 36" grill cart
This cart has a fold-down shelf on each side. Inside is a shelf for
utensils and condiment bins on the door. Behind the other door
is a slide-out tray for easy access to the LP tank.
Cart accessories
ZX36CVCC vinyl cover fits all 36" models installed on a cart.
Type of gas
Monogram
®
outdoor cooking centers are factory set for either
natural or liquid propane gas. The correct model must be
ordered for the installation situation.
Conversion kits (WB49X10084, natural to LP and WB49X10083,
LP to natural) are available if the wrong gas type was ordered.
The kits must be installed by a qualified service technician at
additional cost.
The serial plate is located in the back of the burner box, below
the burner grates.

Installation in a combustible enclosure
ZX36JYSS insulated jacket is required
The insulated jacket must be supported from the bottom by a
solid deck or ledge on each side beneath the jacket. Construct
the enclosure as shown and place the insulated jacket into the
enclosure. Place the cooking center into the jacket.
Additional clearances
Observe all clearances shown.
• Allow at least 12" clearance on each side to combustible
vertical surfaces and at the rear when exhaust is directed
to a window or a surface that is difficult to clean.
• Allow at least 6" clearance on each side to any
non-combustible material located above the cooking
surface. Rotisserie models also require 6" clearance for placing
and handling the motor and skewer.
Built-in accessories
ZXADYSS stainless steel double access doors
Optional accessory to cover the access opening under
the grill in a built-in installation.
