Thermal, convection

Cooking versatility.
In addition to Trivection technology, these
ovens offer several other cooking methods and modes: baking,
broiling, roasting and true European convection, as well as
24-hour delay bake, warm mode and proof mode.
Full-size oven capacity. The spacious oven interior makes room
for foods ranging from large roasts to rich, multi-tiered cake pans
and everything in between.
Halogen lighting. Two halogen lights illuminate your culinary

Electrical requirements
Product rating is 120/208 or 120/240V, 60Hz. Connect to a
40-amp circuit for double ovens and 30-amp circuit for single
ovens. The ovens must be connected to a supply circuit of the
proper voltage and frequency and protected by a time-delay
fuse or circuit breaker.
