1 2 3 Mounting plate ON ON OFF OFF Before you begin installing the fan, Switch power off at Service panel and lock service disconnecting means to prevent power from being switched on accidentally. When the service disconnecting means cannot be locked, securely fasten a warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel. Use AC 120V/60HZ power supply only. 4 Before installing this fan make sure the outlet box is properly installed to the house structure.
Receiver 7 Mounting plate 8 9 Slot Mounting bar Mounting bar Place receiver in position as shown. Remove set screws from mounting bar with allen wrench provided. Lift motor assembly, aligning the mounting bar with the slots on mounting plate, and twist clockwise till lock. Align the holes on mounting plate with the screw holes in mounting bar. Reinstall the screws removed in step 7. Tighten all screws securely.

Repeat this process for remaining blades. Loosen 2 and remove 1 preassembled screw from the plate on motor. Save screw for later use. Lift light pan up, thread the light lead wires and the safety cable with clamp through the slot in light pan as shown.
19 20 Install Blanking Plate Blanking plate Threaded rod Attach LED light kit to light pan, aligning the holes on LED light kit with the holes on light pan. Reinstall the set screws removed in step 17. REMOTE CONTROL SETTING and OPERATION Transmitter Operation Remove the battery cover from the remote control transmitter and install battery, battery provided. Replace the cover. Note: Use 2 1.5V/AAA battery. Note: If not using for long period of time, remove battery to prevent damage to remote transmitter, and store the remote transmitter away from excess heat or humidity.
The buttons on the remote control transmitter control the fan speed and light as follows. Fan speed 1 = high speed 2 = medium high speed 3 = medium speed 4 = medium low speed 5 = low speed 6 = minimum speed This button turns the fan off. Forward/Reverse button- This button is to control direction of fan rotation. Press once to change direction of the fan rotation. Fan must be running to reverse. Light button- Press this button to turn light on or off.
