Cook.
Place the Rapid Cook on to the kitchen
work surface and plug in. Add the appropriate
amount of oil to the pan ¤ for the quantity of
meat you wish to seal. Press the Standby
button , the display will show the default
screen. Then press the Function button
once.

The Rapid Cook will beep and the browning
indicator will illuminate Ê. The pan will then
start to heat up and the timer  will begin to
count down from 15 minutes. The oil will take
approximately 5 minutes to reach the correct
temperature for sealing / browning meat (i.e.
when the timer reads 0:10)

Add the meat to the pan and stir regularly until
the outside of the meat is sealed / browned.
Stir the meat in the pan moving the spoon
forward and back to prevent the bowl from
rotating in the Rapid Cook. When the timer
reaches zero, the Rapid Cook will beep and the
cooking process will stop. If your meat is
sealed before the 15 minutes is up, hold down
the Keep Warm / Cancel button ·. The Rapid
Cook will beep and the cooking process will
stop.
