Receiving Phone Calls
A dialog box appears on the mobile computer’s display window when an incoming call is received. If the phone
is set to ring, a ring tone sounds. The user has the option to answer the incoming call or ignore the call.
You may choose to answer or ignore any incoming phone calls. When a call is placed to the mobile computer,
the
Incoming Calls dialog box appears. The dialog box also lists the phone number of the person who is calling.
To answer an incoming call:
1. When the phone rings, an Incoming Call dialog box appears with the number of the person calling.

2. Tap Answer at the bottom of the window or press the green dot key.
3. Begin speaking once the call connects.
To ignore the call:
1. When the phone rings, an Incoming Call dialog box appears with the number of the person calling.
2. Tap Ignore at the bottom of the window or press the red dot key.
The call is not answered and instead is directed to voice mail.
NOTE Phone calls are connected without the use of a headset but a headset must be used for all voice
communication.
