Installation Instructions

INSTALLATION
1. Apply a premium grade white thin-set mortar using a 3/16 inch V-notch trowel.
2. Set tiles, apply pressure or tap the surfaces with a rubber grout float to ensure all tiles
are bonded and aligned properly. Use a level periodically to check the grout joints.
3. After 24 hours, mix and apply grout. (Read important information below)
Tiles with metal or glass-USE UNSANDED GROUT
It is very important to understand any abrasive materials or chemicals can
scratch the surface of your tile.
Natural stone and ceramic-USE SANDED GROUT
4. Clean all excess grout immediately with a damp sponge. After 12 hours polish any
remaining grout haze with clean dry cloth.
CUTTING
A wet saw is recommended to cut mosaic tiles. A premium glass
Diamond blade is recommended for glass cutting. Other mosaics such as ceramic,
Natural stone and metal use a standard diamond blade.
SEALING
Mosaics containing natural stone should be sealed prior to grouting.
Use a premium penetrating sealer for a natural look. To darken and
Highlight the natural elements of the stone, use a stone enhancing sealer.
Never allow sealers to dry on glass, glazed ceramic or metal.
CARE AND CLEANING
Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm water or any non-abrasive mild.
