This message is received because the Confirmation message field is set to
1. Then the following message is received:
RPG0102 DEMOERR 1800 tried to divide by zero (factor 2) (C G S D F).
--> Rpy to nbr: 1.
The format for sending replies to messages is always:
Rn reply
Where R is the command code for message reply, n is the reply number
assigned by the iSeries. If the reply number is 1, it can be omitted, as in the
following example. The reply number follows the R without any blank or
other separator, the reply text follows the reply number separated by a blank
or the # sign.
The same rules apply to retrieving the second level (help) text command.
The format is:
Hn
No additional parameters are used. When this command is issued, the help
text is retrieved from the corresponding message, and forwarded to the
phone. If the message text is longer than 160 characters, the text will be
divided into 160 character segments and sent as multiple messages to the
requester. Any ”. . . . . ” or multiple blanks strings are truncated.
By sending the command:
R C
The reply will be used to send a reply to the message in QSYSOPR
message queue. MidJet GSM Text will then send a confirmation message:
Successful reply C to nbr. 1. Message text: RPG0102 DEMOERR 1800
tried to divide by zero (factor 2) (C G S D F).
16.3.2 Command code ZM, Test message
Enter message text: ZM and send the message to the iSeries. The response
will be:
Test message from MidJet GSM Text for IBM iSeries.
16.3.3 Command code ZI, Item inquiry
Enter message text ZI 1 and send the message to the iSeries. The response
will be:
Item no: 0000001, in stock: 1.250, on order 1.500.
Item number 1 is the only recognised by the example program. Other item
numbers will create an error message.
