ONE-YEAR FULL WARRANTY: Outdoor Grilling Innovaons L.L.C. warrants the My Hibachi BBQ
and all of its component parts, to be free from manufacturers defects in materials and work-
manship under normal residenal use for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. Outdoor Grilling Innovaons will
repair or replace, at its opon, any part, which fails or is found to be defecve during the warranty period, at no cost to the origi-
nal purchaser.
LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY COVERS 100% of the FRAMES WELDING and only the frame.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS This warranty shall apply only to the products purchased and located in the connental
United States and Canada. The warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and proof of date of purchase is re-
quired. In order to acvate the warranty, we require that you send in the aached warranty registraon card or register online at
www.myhibachibbq.com. This warranty applies only to the original owner and may not be transferred. This warranty does not
apply to damages resulng from negligence, alteraon, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster, improper installaon or improp-
er operaon, unauthorized adjustments or calibraons, dings, dents, scratches, or damages due to harsh cleaning chemicals. This
warranty does not apply to rust, corrosion, discoloraon, surface scratches, weather and atmospheric related staining and oxida-
on which are normal condions and to be expected with any outdoor products unless the aected component becomes inopera-
ble. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. Outdoor Grilling Innovaons shall not be liable for incidental, consequenal,
special or conngent damages resulng from its breach of this wrien warranty or any implied warranty.
WARRANTY SERVICE & REPLACEMENT PARTS: Call or email Outdoor Grilling Innovaons at 877-292-7699 or in-
[e-mail] Be prepared to provide the following informaon: Purchaser’s name, model number of the appliance, date
of purchase and an accurate descripon of the problem. Outdoor Grilling Innovaons does not cover or pay for service calls . Own-
er shall be responsible for proper installaon, providing normal care and maintenance, providing proof of purchase upon request
and making the appliance accessible for service. In the event of any warranty replacement, all removal, replacement, installaon
and shipping costs are the responsibility of the appliance owner. If there is a valid warranty claim, you will be issued an RA#. This
RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or crate if the unit is being replaced or shipped in for repairs . Fail-
ure to mark the RA# on the outside of the box will create a return to shipper. We will not accept any returns without a pre as-
