CONDITION POSSIBLE CAUSES POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
No sound. • AC power unplugged. • Check AC cable connection and outlet.
• Outlet has no power.
• Faulty/missing cables. • Check cables.
• Mute on. • Switch o Mute.
• Speaker connections faulty. • Check speaker connections.
No sound from Subwoofer. • Subwoofer is o, not powered or improperly
connected.
• Power-up subwoofer, check Sub’s AC outlet or
check connections.
VISO THREE does not respond to remote
control commands.
• Batteries are at or incorrectly inserted. • Check batteries.
• Infrared receiver (IR) window of the VISO
THREE or IR transmitter of the remote control
is obstructed.
• Check IR windows and ensure clear line-of-
sight from remote to VISO THREE.
• VISO THREE front panel is in very bright
sunlight or ambient light.
• Reduce sunlight/room lighting.
The internal CD player does not start
playback.
• The disc is placed upside down. • Place the disc with the playback side down.
• The disc is not placed within the guide. • Place the disc correctly inside the guide on
the disc tray.
• The disc is dirty. • Clean the disc.
• No disc is inserted. • Insert a disc.
No RDS information. • Station signal too weak. • Check station tuning. Adjust or replace
antenna
• Station not transmitting RDS data. • Tune to an RDS station that supports
program-service name (PS mode) and radio-
text (RT mode).
Display shows “No Service List”. • DAB antenna not connected properly. • Check the connection and position of DAB
antenna.
• No DAB coverage in the area. • Call your local DAB broadcast providers for
coverage information.
