5-2-3-2 Gun Initialize
1. Select “GUN INITIALIZE” on the I/O TEST menu screen (or press and hold
the Service Switch whilst turning the Test Switch on), the following Aim
Check screen is displayed.
2 The Gun Crosshair is displayed at the point on the screen at which the gun
is pointed. Check that the Gun Crosshair appears exactly at the point aimed
at. (Make sure that aiming is accurate over the entire screen frame from
edge to edge.)
When the gun is pointed away from the screen, “+ OUT OF SCREEN +” is
displayed.
If the “+ OUT OF SCREEN +” message appears frequently even when the
gun is pointed at the screen or if the “+ OUT OF SCREEN +” does not
appear even when the gun is pointed away from the screen, the following
causes may be responsible.
• The Camera Assys or screens are directly illuminated by a bright light
source such as sunlight or spotlight.
• The light / dark contrast is high due to flashing lights.
Change the machine installation location, and set the gun sights again.
