1. In the top row of the Arranger or in the Scene Manager, right-click ([Ctrl]-click on Mac
OS X) the name of the Scene after which you want to insert the new Scene and select
Insert from the context menu:
A new empty Scene is inserted right after the Scene in question, both in the Arranger and
in the Scene Manager.
13.2.3.1 Creating a New Scene on the MASCHINE STUDIO Controller
To create a new empty Scene in the current Scene bank, press SCENE + any unlit pad.
You can also create Scenes in Scene Arrange mode: press ARRANGE then Button 1
(SCENE), then press any unlit pad.
A new empty Scene is created at this position in the current Scene bank. Additionally the
new Scene is selected. You can then fill it up with Clips both from your controller and in
the software — see section 13.1.5, Creating and Removing Clips.
13.2.3.2 Inserting a New Scene after the Current Scene on the MASCHINE STUDIO Controller
You can also insert a new Scene right after a particular Scene:
1. Press and hold SCENE to enter Scene mode.
2. Press Button 7 and 8 to select the desired Scene bank.
3. Press the pad corresponding to the Scene after which you want to insert a new Scene.
4. Press Button 5 (INSERT).
A new empty Scene is inserted right after the Scene in question.
