12.11. Displaying Preset File Information
▶ Click the Information button (showing a little “i”) next to the EDIT button in the right part of the
Control bar to display information on the le(s) selected in the result list.
→ A box appears above with various information on the selected le(s): File Format, Date
modified, File Size, Type, as well as the Author and Manufacturer properties, if any.
The Information box provides various information on the selected le(s).
If the selected les have different characteristics, the corresponding elds in the Information box
will show multi.
12.12. Auditioning your Preset Files
When you are browsing Preset les, you can audition Preset les by using the Prehear feature at
the bottom of the Browser. For this you need to enable the Prehear feature.
The Prehear controls.
1. Click the Prehear button (showing a little speaker icon) to enable/disable Prehear.
→ When Prehear is enabled, you can directly hear Preset les as you select them in the Result list
of the Library pane or Files pane.
2. Drag the Prehear Volume slider next to the Prehear button to adjust the volume of the Preset
les you are pre-listening to.
3. Click on any entry in the Results list.
In order to hear audio of the Prehear feature it is mandatory to congure the audio
interface in the Preferences of KOMPLETE KONTROL.
Auditioning Your Preset Files using the Keyboard
You can also enable/disable the Prehear feature on the keyboard:
1. Press and hold SHIFT.
