TheFitnessTestmeasurestheimprovementsofyourphysicalfitnesslevel.Thetestcomparesyourpoweroutput(inWatts)toyour
heartrate.Asyoubecomemorefit,youwillproducemorepower(Watts)atagivenheartrate.
Note:
TheconsolemustbeabletoreadtheheartrateinformationfromtheCHRsensorsorHRMfortheHRC
programtoworkcorrectly.
IfyougototheHRCprogramfromyourUserprofile,theTargetHeartRateprogramusesyourageandotherusersetupinformation
tosettheHeartRateZonevaluesforyourworkout.IfyouareaGuestUser,youmustenteryourageandweight.Theconsole
displaythengivespromptsforyoutosetupyourworkout:
1.Settheworkoutlevel:FIT(beginner)orGETTINGFIT(advanced).
2.Theworkoutstartsfromlevel1andincreasesasthetimercountsupfrom00:00,untilyourheartrateis
inthe“TestZone(75%ofyourcalculatedmaximumheartrate).
3.WhenyouareintheTestZone,themachineholdstheWattssteadyfor3minutes.Thetimercounts
downfrom3:00.
4.Theconsolemeasuresyourheartrateandpoweroutput(Watts)tocalculateyourFitnessScore.
Note:FitnessTestscoresshouldonlybecomparedtoyourpreviousscoresandnototherusers.
Overtime,youwilloutputmoreWattsofpowerataspecifiedHeartRate.CompareyourFitnessScorestoseeyourimprovement.
HeartRateControl(HRC)Program
TheHeartRateControl(HRC)programletsyousetaheartrategoalforyourworkout.Theprogrammonitorsyourheartrateinbeats
perminute(BPM)fromtheContactHeartRate(CHR)sensorsonthemachineorfromaHeartRateMonitor(HRM)cheststrap.
Note:
TheconsolemustbeabletoreadtheheartrateinformationfromtheCHRsensorsorHRMfortheHRC
programtoworkcorrectly.
IfyougototheHRCprogramfromyourUserprofile,theTargetHeartRateprogramusesyourageandotherusersetupinformation
tosettheHeartRateZonevaluesforyourworkout.IfyouareaGuestUser,youmustenteryourageandweight.Theconsole
displaythengivespromptsforyoutosetupyourworkout:
1.Settheworkoutlevel:FIT(beginner)orGETTINGFIT(advanced).
2.Setthepercentageofmaximumheartrate:60–70%,70–80%,80–90%.
Consultaphysicianbeforeyoustarttoexerciseinthe80–90%heartratezone.
