• OPE lamp on the IOC card is red.
• Release of I/O ports: new IOC card
is initialized, and I/O port channels
reopens.
• OPE lamp is green.
Turn OFF the MB key on the card.

Insert the new card into the LPM.
Turn ON the MB and MBR keys on the
new card.
