Element
Description
New
 Create a new Niagara SCX Encoder Manager connection.
 Group and save different SCX views for monitoring the status of
multiple encoders.
Open
Connect to and use existing Niagara SCX encoders.
Save
 Save any SCX encoder combinations you put in Niagara SCX to the
existing location using the current name.
 Save many different encoder combinations with unique names.
Connect
The system opens a prompt for you to enter the computer name or IP
address and connect to a system running Niagara SCX.
Encoder
 Add a new or different encoder. Options may include:
— AVI
— Flash
— RealProducer
— Windows Media
— MPEG-4 (for Niagara SCX Pro only)
Delete
Delete an encoder connection from Niagara SCX.
