To give you an overview of the Left Sofa parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 D Open the carton and place all the parts onto a clean, non-marring surface.
Step 3 3 Use hardware ② 20 mm screw for the screw boss at two sides 2 Step 3.1 E A 3 Use hardware ① 15 mm screw for the two screw boss in the middle 1 Step 3.2 3.1) Attach the Seat Panel(E) to Side Panel(A) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(③) for the screw boss at two sides as shown above. 3.2) Attach the Seat Panel(E) to Side Panel(A) using Bolts(①) with Allen Key(③) for the screw boss in the middle as shown above. Do not fully tighten Bolts.
Insert another longer Back Support Bar(D) into the Side Panel(A) using Bolt(②) with Allen Key(③). Do not fully tighten Bolt. Step 6 E C D 3 2 A Insert the shorter Back Support Bar(C) into the Side Panel(A) using Bolt(②) with Allen Key(③). Do not fully tighten Bolt. Step 7 B D C 2 E A 3 Insert Left Side Panel(B) to Seat Panel (E) and Back Support Bars (C&D) using Bolt ② and Allen key (③).
Step 8 3 2 Step 8.2 Step 8.1 B 2 3 C E D 8.1) Attach the Seat Panel(E) to Side Panel(B) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(③) for the screw boss at two sides as shown above. 8.2) Attach the Seat Panel(E) to Side Panel(B) using Bolts(②) with Allen Key(③) for the screw boss at two sides as shown above. Do not fully tighten Bolts. Step 9 Stand the Loveseat up. Place the Loveseat on a LEVEL SURFACE. Inspect it and make sure all parts are adequately connected.
