BEFORE YOU BEGIN: BUILDING CODES - It is recommended that Local, Municipal, Provincial,

State and Federal building code departments be contacted for approval prior to installing this Cast

Aluminum Ornamental Accent Panel.

TOOLS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION: Measuring Tape, Masking Tape, Level, Drill, Jig Saw

1. Use the measuring tape and this template to determine where you wish this cast ornamental

accent to be mounted. Start by using masking tape to temporarily fasten the template to the area

desired using the level to make sure the template is straight.

2. Drill an 8mm (5/16”) hole at each of the 4 corners, centering the drill bit on marks A, B, C, D on the

template.

3. Use the drill to create pilot holes within the area of the dotted lines on the template. Then,

following the dotted line, use the jig saw to cut the opening.

4. Separate the front and back accent panels by removing the 4 acorn nuts from the bolts. Then

place the front panel into one side of the opening and the back panel into the opening on the

opposite side. Insert the 4 bolts through the 8mm holes and replace the 4 acorn nuts and tighten.
