ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before beginning assembly, be sure to empty contents of carton and make sure all parts are present. Place all parts on a soft, level surface for assembly. Estimated Assembly Time: 30 Minutes | DO NOT over tighten hardware! 1 2 3 Attach Chair Base B and Swivel Rocker Plate G on the bottom of Seat Bucket A with Blot C,Wahser D,Spring Washer E and Nut F. Tighten Bolts C with Wrench J.Use the Caps H to cover the Nuts F.
