Extended OASE guarantee on request!
We extend our advertised manufactur-
er guarantee under the same guarantee
conditions in the special cases adver-
tised by the manufacturer and only on
special request, based on the product,
either by one year or alternatively in spe-
cially marked cases by 2 additional years
of guarantee time, this is done regularly
only on request.
We only provide the extension guar-
antee to end customers who have pur-
chased the product from an authorised
OASE dealer and who do not commer-
cially resell the product, and who do not
install the product for third persons in
the course of their professional activi-
ties.
The extension guarantee period starts
with the expiration of the first guaran-
tee, given the prerequisite that the prod-
uct must have been verifiably purchased
from an authorised OASE dealer.
Consequently, in the case of resale, the
guarantee does not start at a later peri-
od of time, nor does it start over again.
The guarantee period is neither extend-
ed nor restarted through guarantee per-
formances.
At OASE's discretion, the guarantee per-
formance extends to free-of-charge
repair of the defective part or replace-
ment delivery of a comparable/equiva-
lent product; more extensive claims are
excluded.
In addition, in the guarantee case, we
will pay the appropriate costs for the
sending in and return of the defective
product.
More extensive claims are excluded.
The legal rights of the purchaser, are not
affected by this guarantee.

The extension guarantee can only be
acquired within the legal guarantee
period of 2 years either through online
registration or via the Hotline with sub-
mission of a copy of the original pur-
chase receipt at:

your data exclusively for the processing
of the described guarantee, in particu-
lar for assurance of your identity and for
verification of the purchased objects and
the date of purchase.

and is not communicated to any third
