14.2 Select Remote Control Transmission Code
There are 4 types of remote control transmission code could be selected and stored in EEPROM of indoor unit.
The indoor unit will only operate when received signal with same transmission code from remote control. This
could prevent signal interference when there are 2 or more indoor units installed nearby together.
To change remote control transmission code, short or open jumpers at the remote control printed circuit board.

14.3 Remote Control Button
14.3.1 SET Button
To check remote control transmission code:
o Press for more than 10 seconds by using pointer
To change the air quality sensor:
o Press and release by using pointer
o Press the Timer Decrement button to select sensitivity:
1. Low sensitivity
2. Standard (Default)
3. Hi sensitivity
o Confirm setting by pressing Timer Set button, a “beep” sound will be heard. LCD returns to original display
after 2 seconds.
o LCD returns to original display if remote control does not operate for 30 seconds.
14.3.2 CLOCK Button
To change the remote control time format:
o Press for more than 10 seconds
14.3.3 RESET (RC) Button
To clear and restore the remote control setting to factory default.
o Press once to clear the memory
14.3.4 RESET (AC) Button
To restore the unit’s setting to factory default.
o Press once to restore the unit’s setting.
14.3.5 TIMER
To change indoor unit indicators’ intensity:
o Press continuously for 10 seconds.
14.3.6 TIMER
To change remote control display from Degree Celsius (°C) to Degree Fahrenheit (°F)
o Press continuously for 10 seconds.
